Hello divas! I hope that your week has been going well so far. The weather here in Tennessee has been beautiful, though it is starting to get hot and humid. I don’t know about your by my life is rather busy at times. I don’t always have time to spend an hour or more working out and getting my fitness for the day in. Which is why I love high intensity interval training so much – it’s as quick as you need it and works the whole body. But sometimes all you have is 10 minutes at a time. So today I am sharing a quick, 10 minute workout that will burn about 100 calories.
I love this workouts because it is so easy and quick. You can do it at any point in the day and can repeat the workout as little or as much as you need. It can be done at the office, at home, or while traveling. I have even done some of these exercises when taking a break on a long road trip! I usually take about a 1 minute break or so between the exercises. You can also add weights to the v-ups and squats if you like.
