So how does it work? The first thing you need to do is download the app for either Iphone or Android and set up your account. During the set-up process, you will choose which apps you want to sync your EveryMove account to. From there you are good to go. Just continue to do whatever you already do to live an active life and earn points towards rewards!
When you log in each day, you will see your activity feed that will show not only what activities you are doing, but what your friends have been up to as well.
Once you sync up your fitness apps, your activities will load into EveryMove automatically. You also have the option to add your activities manually.
You can even keep up with how you are doing each day, week or month via the dashboard.
So you may be wondering how I am using EveryMove in my everyday life. My favorite way to sweat is, obviously, running. I also use my minutes doing my FocusT25 workouts to earn more points. I have synced up my MyFitness Pal app to easily track my points to earn my reward. What reward did I choose?
