Do you want to get fit but don’t believe you have enough time in your busy day to do so? I was always an active person growing up, but I let myself go a bit in my 20s. So when I decided to get into shape and improve my health in my 30s, I had no clue where to start.
I looked everywhere I could to find HOW to go about getting started, what kind of fitness I should try, how long I should work out. I joined gyms (hated them). I considered hiring a trainer but couldn’t because of my budget. I was honestly a little lost.
