It’s that time of year again. Some call it baking season, some call it “I want to eat everything season.” <– Just me? Okay 🙂 The truth is we tend to overindulge this time of year. Indulging once in awhile is okay but time and time again is never good. Indulging is my middle name. If you’ve ever been on my blog you would know that.
When developing my recipes I make sure to only taste as much as I need to. Sometimes it’s hard to not eat as much as I want. The trick I use to keep from overindulging is to keep healthy snacks around while baking. My favorite healthy treat is frozen grapes.
Thanksgiving is one of those holidays where you can easily consume thousands of calories without even realizing it. Scary right? Luckily for you I searched the internet for the best healthy Thanksgiving recipes I could find.
