This also means that it is time for another edition of Recipe Thursday when I share my favorite healthy recipe of the week.
A few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to receive a sample of Click Coffee Protein Powder through my ambassadorship with BuluBox. This powder couldn’t have come at a better time for me to try out. I have recently begun running early in the mornings since it has been so hot and humid here in Tennessee. This has caused a few issues to say the least. I have never been able to eat super early in the morning without getting sick. Yet, when I try to run before breakfast, I usually can’t make it too far without feeling weak since I have nothing in my stomach. I have been trying different protein powders which have seemed to solve the nothing in my stomach problems, but most of them have quite a few calories which doesn’t help my diet much.
