Each Thursday here at Divas Run for Bling is a time when I share my favorite healthy recipe of the week. Even though I am at Fitbloggin’ this week, I still wanted to share a fabulous recipe for you to try.
This week’s recipe is my Peach Pie Protein Smoothie in honor of my trip to Savannah, GA. Peaches are one of the crops that the state of Georgia is most famous for. And one of my favorite fruits (along with apples and strawberries). Peaches have just begun to come into season so I have been trying all kinds of ways to use the fresh peaches. This particular recipe uses greek yogurt and almond milk to thicken the smoothie and a scoop of protein powder for a bit of extra nutrition. I hope you enjoy!
