This time of year, I always seem to be eating. Whether it’s comfort food to keep me warm on cold evenings or the holidays where I travel from location to location loading up on turkey and pumpkin pie, the calories just seem to pile on. So this year, I decided to join the Pile on the Miles Challenge over at one of my fave blogs, Eat Run Repeat. I am pledging to run 50 miles in the month of November. Hopefully, this will keep the pounds off and set me up for a good start to my training for my next half marathon, The Publix Georgia Half Marathon, in March. Sound like a good idea?
