Happy Monday and welcome to another edition of The Weekly Report where I share what happened last week and my goals for this week. It was a rather slow week here at Divas Run for Bling so there is not a whole lot to report.

The Weekly Report
Ran 3 days for 8 miles. I didn’t get the days or the mileage in that I wanted, but that’s okay as I have a half marathon coming up on Sunday.
Strength trained 2 days. I did manage my two days of some strength training with my kettlebells.

Goals for Next Week
- Run 4 days this week. I plan on running 4 days this week – 3 short 2 milers during the week and a half marathon on Sunday.
- Run 19 miles. Assuming I get all my days in, this should be no problem.
- Strength or cross train 2 days. I will do a couple of short kettlebell workouts after the short runs.
- Finish the GA Publix Half Marathon. I will be the first to tell you I don’t feel like I trained very well for this race. While I would love to finish in under 3 hours, my goal is going to be to finish within the time limit (15 minute/mile pace).
