Hello divas and happy Tuesday! I hope that your week is going well so far and that you are ready for the Thanksgiving holiday. I have lucked out this year and don’t have to cook so I am looking forward to a great holiday. If you still need some yummy and healthy Thanksgiving recipes, be sure to check out my healthy fall recipes page for some yummy side dishes, desserts and Thanksgiving roundups.
It is Tuesday here at Divas Run for Bling which means it is time for another edition of Tuesdays on the Run. This is a time when I share something running related and link-up with my blogging pals at Run the Great Wide Somewhere, My No Guilt Life and MCM Mama Runs. With Black Friday looming just around the corner, I thought that today would be a great time to share the second part of My Favorite Things 2014 series – the wish list for the runner in your life.

Bluetooth Headphones. I have become a believer in bluetooth earbuds when I run. It makes life so much easier when you don’t have to deal with wires. I am currently using the Avantree Jogger Sport Bluetooth Headphones but would love the Jaybird X Bluetooth headphones.
LED armbands and Shoelaces. I like to be seen. I always make sure that I have reflective material on my shoes and clothing when I run in the dark this time of year. My favorite things are my NiteBeams LED armband and LED shoelaces.
Zensah Compression Sleeves. I never run over 4 miles without my compression sleeves. With previous issues with plantar fasciitis and a sometimes achy achilles tendon, these are lifesavers. They are also great for recovery after you are done. I wore them on the plane home from Vegas and did not have any cramping or soreness.
PR Soles Recovery Sandals. I just love the idea of these. Anything that can help with recovery after my long runs and races is a great idea.
Race Medal Wall Hanger. Anyone who develops a love for race bling (like myself) needs a way to display that bling. I love Running on the Wall. They have all kinds of options of ways to display your medals.
Trigger Point Foam Roller. Recovery is so important when it comes to training. And my foam roller has saved me on so many occasions. I love this one because it is compact and easy to travel and hits those trigger points to work out the kinks.
Garmin Forerunner 220 Watch. There are so many watches out there to track your runs. I am looking to upgrade my Garmin Forerunner 10 this year and am obsessed with this one. It does everything I need it to do (track mileage, time, intervals) and it even allows me to upload my run to my computer wirelessly.
Race Registrations. Honestly, one of the best gifts you can give the runner in your life is to pay for a race registration. Some of the races out there can get rather expensive – especially when you are doing multiple races a year.
Brooks Women’s Nightlife Essential Running Jacket. Everyone needs a great jacket and this one is fabulous. It will keep you warm and dry when you are out and about and makes it easy to be seen in the dark. I am asking for the special edition Half Fanatics version of this particular jacket this year.
Huma Chia Gels. These are my absolute favorite race fuel. It is all natural, made with chia seeds (super nutritious) and are easy on the stomach. And they come in some fabulous flavors.
