Hello divas! I hope that your week has started off well. I am so glad to be back from my mini-vacation to Fitbloggin 2015 in Denver. It was an amazing time and I will be sharing my adventures and what I learned later this week so be sure to stay tuned for that. In the meantime, I thought that I would share another fun workout from home – my 4×4 Cardio and Strength Circuit training workout.
If you are a regular reader of this blog, you know that I am a big fan of high intensity interval training. It has so many benefits and is a fabulous way to get a quick, easy workout from just about anywhere. It is my favorite type of workout to do when I am traveling or when I do not have a whole lot of time and need a good workout.
This workout is super simple. You alternate cardio with both strength and core exercises. These strength moves are designed to be used with kettlebells, but you can also use dumbbells if you have them. You simply complete each exercise, resting 1 minute between. Rest 2 minutes between each round. You can do as many rounds as you have time or strength to do.
