Hi there divas and welcome to another edition of Recipe Thursday here on Divas Run for Bling. So I have been trying to eat clean during the Lenten season and have had a blast trying out new and interesting recipes.
One of my weaknesses in my diet is sweet things. I love sugar things. Ice cream, cake, pie, chocolate protein bars, you name it. Eating clean has been a little difficult at times as I just want to finish my day off with a small bowl of ice cream. So that has lead me to search for recipes for clean desserts that aren’t a bowl of fruit (I eat fruit as snacks at work). And I found a fabulous one that I want to share with you all today.
That’s right. A banana chia pudding recipe for all of the clean eaters out there. This recipe is super simple and super healthy thanks to the chia seeds. This pudding can also be served a yummy breakfast option. So try it out and enjoy!
