This week I am share a super easy clean eating recipe that is healthy, filling and can be made in 30 minutes. Which makes it a fabulous idea for dinner after a busy day at work.
Today I am sharing my Clean Eating Cajun Chicken Quinoa Skillet. The great thing about this recipe is that it can be altered in so many ways depending on what you have in your fridge and what your tastes are. It is even yummy with no meat! I made mine with okra and some cajun seasoning to give the dish a bit of a kick. Also, this dish can be as “clean” as you want to make it, depending on the types of veggies and chicken you use.
