Hello divas! It’s Friday!!!!!!!!! I don’t know about you but I am so glad that the week is almost over and the weekend is just a few hours away. This also means it is time for another edition of 5 Things Friday here at Divas Run for Bling.
If you are a regular reader of the blog, you know that each Friday I link-up with Courtney from Eat Pray Run DC, Mar from Mar on the Run and Cynthia from You Signed Up for What to share my 5 things of the week. This week’s theme is Friday favorites. So here are my 5 Friday favorites for the week.
Sleeping in. The polar vortex take 2 has made it’s way south. It has been feeling more like late September than mid July for most of the week. What this means is that I can actually do all my workouts in the evening after work, allowing me to sleep in. Well sleep one extra hour anyway.
Running in sunshine. Since the it has only been in the low 80s for the better part of the week, I have been able to run when the sun was up. I love when I am able to get some natural vitamin D.
T25. I started my journey with Focus T25 this week. It has been going pretty well so far. I have had to modify some of the exercises but I love the way I feel after I am done. I can’t wait to see how this improves my running as I go through the program.

Health Warrior chia bars. One of the the fabulous brands I got to meet at Fitbloggin is Health Warrior. They are a great company that make these fabulous chia bars. These bars are packed with nutrients (they are made with chia seeds after all) and only 100 calories. They have made a fabulous mid afternoon snack for me all week.
