Hello divas! It’s Thursday which means another week is almost done. I hope that you week has been going well so far and that you have some fabulous plans for the weekend. Thursdays here at Divas Run for Bling are always so much fun because it is Recipe Thursday. This is a chance for me to share a healthy recipe from the week with all my readers.
It is now fall and October so you probably notice that there is a lot of pumpkin going around. I just love this time of year when I can get pumpkin in just about everything. So to celebrate the season, I will be sharing healthy pumpkin recipes throughout the month of October. I am calling it the Diva Pumpkin Party.
Today’s recipe is one of my favorites of the season. Neither my hubby nor myself have any food allergies or restrictions, though I do go vegetarian at least half the week. However, we do have friends and family that do have allergies and restrictions so it is important to have recipes that they can eat. So today I am sharing my Gluten Free Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread recipe.
Pumpkin bread is probably my favorite food of the fall. If you know me, you know that if it contains either pumpkin or apples then I will eat it. The thing I like so much about pumpkin bread is that it is easy to make and so versatile. You can have it for breakfast, dessert or a snack.
Today’s pumpkin bread recipe is both gluten-free and vegan. I substituted oat flour for the all-purpose flour of most recipes and this recipe contains no eggs. And it is oh so yummy. So feel free to check it out for yourself and let me know what you think.
