It’s Recipe Thursday again! While there are so many yummy and healthy recipes I could share, I seem to be on a smoothie fix at the moment. They are easy, yummy and can be used as both a meal replacement or a healthy, low calorie snack. I have been trying out all kinds of smoothie recipes in conjunction with the Vega #onechange initiative. You can see more information regarding my participation in the #onechange initiative here. This week I am sharing one of the many smoothies I have been having over the past few weeks while trying out VegaOne Nutritional Shake, the Pretty in Pink Protein Smoothie.
Pretty in Pink Protein Smoothie
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
4 oz. Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used VegaOne Vanilla Chai Nutritional Shake)
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
