I will admit that I was late jumping on the running wagon. In fact, I avoided it for much of my teens and 20s. It wasn’t until my early 30s that I gave it a shot and fell in love with the sport. Now I have run 18 half marathons in 8 states (and counting) and haven’t looked back.
But when I first started, I had no idea where to go or how to go about it. All I knew was that I wanted to start running. While there are lots of articles out there about running, I had no clue where to go to actually START.
So with that in mind, I started this blog to share HOW to get started, stay focused and progress in a running regimen. Below are some running tips for beginners to help you develop a love for running for better health and fitness.
