Make a change update: I am doing real well with the no fast food thing. The closest I have come has been a sandwich from Subway and I kept it low cal/low fat. Cooking at home has been a little bit of a challenge but Pinterest has saved me with some yummy recipes.
Winter Miles Challenge update: I did not accomplish my goal of 14 miles this week. Honestly, the weather sidetracked me a bit at the beginning of the week.
Run this Year update: So far I have run 15.8 miles this year. I am a bit behind but with several half marathons coming up over the next few months, I am hoping to catch up a bit.
